In order to communicate with our business partners, including in order to promote O:Seanet, we process their contact information.
Optimising our website
In order for us to be able to optimize our website and provide you with requested features, our website uses cookies from Google Analytics änd Ontame,io to track our website visitors’ browsing behaviour. These cookies collect information such as IP addresses, browsing ID as well as device and browser characteristics.
Newsletter
If you sign up to our newsletters we will process your contact information in order to provide you with our newsletters. We use MailChimp (The Rocket Science Group LLC d/b/a Mailchimp) as a data processor who will process your personal data on our behalf when you sign up for the newsletter and when we are sending you newsletters.
Facebook
In order for Facebook to provide this service, Facebook places a cookie on your device (computer, phone, tablet etc.) when you visit the job and career section of our website. The Facebook cookie collects information about your browsing, e.g. a browsing ID, and allows your device to be recognized in order to conduct retargeting on Facebook.com.
LinkedIn
Cookies from LinkedIn enable us to present you with information about available jobs, career opportunities etc. when you visit LinkedIn.com by recognizing your device.
International data transfer
Google, LinkedIn, Mailchimp and Facebook may handle personal data outside the EU/EEA. We will always ensure that your personal data is still covered by an adequate level of data protection by safeguarding the data transfer by the EU Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
Legal grounds to process your personal data
Processing of personal data submitted by you through an online form or submitted when you sign up to our IBT newsletter is based on your consent, cf. GDPR article 6, 1 (a). You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. In such case O:Seanet can be contacted on hello@oseanet.com.
Data storage
We only store your personal data for as long as it’s necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected or to comply with regulatory requirements.
